Ferm Design Concepts (FDC), servicing Southern California, assisted in the new construction
of a custom home. The firm was involved every step of the way, from the very beginning
stages of design to the completed, furnished project. FDC provided a full array of design
services, including construction documents, finish material selection, project management,
complete interiors and landscape consultation.
FDC's close involvement with the project allowed the firm to communicate the wants
and desires of the client to builders, tradesmen, and artisans through the use of effective
drawings, elevations, and comprehensive renderings.
